Pretty meaningful, I think. Saw that on a candidate's status. I should learn to see things that way.
It was supposed to be a busy day. It is crazy horse on leave day. My plan was to get as many resume done as possible and send.
"wake up baby".. damn.. who the heck are you to call me "baby"?? Early in the morning get so called motivation email by the crazy horse, it was rather annoying than motivating.
Seriously ruining the mood to get the job done in a quality way. At times, crazy horse requires A; at another time, crazy horse requires B when I gave A; contradicting, confusing. What the heck that you want? It's not that i ain't doing my job, it's not that I am not keen to close deal, but hey, come on, what do you want from me? I do need time to search, to screen, to interview, to understand, to process. If you can get only quality candidates to be sent, why can't i do the same? Why is it I need to simply send any? And when I did what you want me to, outfront you fire me with AK47, whichever, whenever, however.
