Koay Chap!!
Very different taste compared to Koay Chap in Penang. It doesn't have the herbs taste, it is as delicious as it can be!
The Koay Chap only start its' business around 10pm, and normally the uncle who sells, will have to pack everything and ready to go home, when it is around 11pm. Why? Because too good! You can see, there will be a lot of people surround his stall (the "mobile" stall with a bicycle attached together), to pack home, or to eat on the spot. I promise you, it may look small in the photos, but it is really big portion (i was shocked look at it when my friends brought it over to me across the street). I packed 2 packets home for my parents, and it took them 2 meals to finish both packets.
Oh, the duck meat, the pork skin, my my my ... find one day and try it for yourself! It's in the town of SP ler.. somewhere near the trail track. I want to go back some time again. kekeke. Addicted!
By the way, we ordered pan fried fish and sotong as well. The fish was alright, sotong, so so nia. haha.. so, there isn't any pictures of them here. Sold by an auntie with the sign board "皇后烧鱼"..
